Ltd., a joint venture between Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction at $266 million, or $662 per sq ft per plot ratio (psf ppr). It broke the previous record land rate of $659 psf ppr for an EC site in Tampines Street 62.

The price for Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 EC is expected to range between $1250 and $1350 per square feet.
